SOUNDFALL sessions have been designed by Cass to promote a sense of deep relaxation and calm. The sessions will include guided meditations/visualisations, breath work and sound. Cass will weave the session together by using the sounds of guitar, Native American flute, crystal/tibetan singing bowls and drum to name a few. The sessions will invite you to explore the many benefits of sound while offering you time for self-love to reconnect with your mind, body and spirit. Cass has completed her Bachelor of Music (BMus) and 350 hours Yoga Teacher Training and looks forward to seeing you at one of her gatherings.
